8 BRs and 8 BAs - with one wheelchair friendly BR-BA suite on the ground floor; a transport wheelchair is on hand for Guests.

6 BRs have very comfy Queen beds with thick memory foam toppers, 2 BRs have Full beds with cushion-top mattresses;  5 BRs also have Twin Bunkbeds.

The Amish-built, air conditioned western red cedar lakeside Log Cabin offers additional sleeping capacity with a Queen bed in the loft (with memory foam topper), and a large sectional sofa in its cozy great room.  The Log Cabin has a toilet, a 13 cu ft fridge and offers a cool, comfortable respite right at the beach.

The BA in the wheelchair friendly BR-BA suite has a 3x5 roll-in shower, robust drop-down grab bars at the commode, and knee room 36" counter/sink, and sufficent maneuvering room for a Hoyer Lift.  Bonus for parents of toddlers: The large 3x5 roll-in shower make a great spot for Pack-N-Plays at night!

The open concept Kitchen-Dining space features a dining table that when its two leaves are inserted can seat up to 16 (extra chairs provided).  With barstools at the Bar-Buffet Counter and the adjacent kitchen table, 28-30 people may be seated in one area for meals.

The Living Room has two sofas, a loveseat, gas fireplace, and a 55" 4K smart TV.

The main floor Gathering-Game Room measures 450 sq ft and features a slate top pool table, ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game (just outside Game Room), 75" smart TV, 2 full-size fridges, 4 sofas, and 2 Bistro tables with bar stools.

The cozy TV Room on the main floor has a very large sectional sofa and a 50" TV.  Bonus:  The TV Room has doors at each end and can serve as a private 8th sleeping area in the house. 

Covered Deck #1 at the rear of the house is 350 sq ft and overlooks Stone Lake as well as the Kid's Playscape that is just 10 feet away nestled in shade trees. It has 3 dining tables and plenty of chairs.

Covered Deck #2 is a dozen steps from the front of the house and encompasses 600 sq ft (240 sq ft of the deck is under a roof) and has absolutely outstanding views of Stone Lake. Deck #2 features lots of comfy upholstered deck furniture in its Gazebo seating area, plus bistro tables and bar stools (to be completed April 2019). 

The property is equipped with Comcast Xfinity's fastest available "Extreme" cable Internet service and has strong Wifi signals throughout the house, deck, BBQ grill area at the rear deck.  

A playscape with a little elevated "house" and 6 swings is set in the trees just 8 feet from Deck #1.

A basketball hoop - easily adjustable from 10' down to 7' without tools so also great for the little ones - is located at the upper parking area bear the firepit.

12 bikes - a mix of adult and kid's sizes - for Guests to enjoy on the trails in our private 47 acres of woods and along the quiet streets of the Village of Cassopolis.

Its own 24-foot Pontoon Boating Pkg (optional), which includes 7 sit-on-top kayaks (5 adult, 2 child), 4 corcls, & a 6'x17' floating "Lilly Pad.".

There is off-street parking right at the house to accommodate 12+ vehicles.

The Firepit is near the woods, has ample seating, and is very secluded - perfect spot for loud late-night fun.

A sloped hard-surface path from the gravel paring area in front of the house leads to the lakeside Log Cabin that's just across the quiet country lane that has just 17 homes on it.  Wheelchair users may drive over to the Log Cabin, park their vehicle, and with assistance use the wooden boardwalk to reach the beach and the boat dock - and even board the Pontoon Boat.

47 Acres of private woods with trails for exploring is right at the house (shared with our other 3 vacation lodges).

A 10,000 sq ft level, grassy playfield is exclusive to the Woodlands Lodge property and is great for throwing frisbees, whiffleball games, volley ball, badmitton, etc.
