“Erik and I are approaching our 1 year anniversary (May 11th) and I've been thinking about you both and reminiscing on our "Best Weekend Ever" spent at your houses. This past year has been amazing and if what they say is true (that the first year is the hardest), then Erik and I will surely have a long happy life together!

Not only have we breezed through the last year, including the last 7 weeks of being at home together 24/7 (not working), we are also 8 months pregnant! Due on June 5th and expecting a baby boy! Our family had plans of renting out the Blue Spruce for our 1 year anniversary and making it an annual celebratory weekend with our extended family, but with our little man being here any day it just wasn't going to work out this year. (Not to mention everything with COVID!)

We wanted to let you know how truly thankful we are that you allowed us to make some of the best memories of our lives in your homes. We are still getting compliments all the time from friends and family who loved the experience of our non-traditional wedding and constantly hear "how did you find that place?!" lol.

Just wanted to say a quick hi and let you know we were thinking about you and hope you are both staying safe and healthy during this crazy time in the world.”
